SA SENATE CANDIDATE
Mark has been a well-known South Australian advocate for over 20 years, studying Common-law and the Constitution and using it to try and empower the people, both in the courts and by lobbying Parliament.
He is well known for taking on the big boys and never backing down, resulting in years of legal experience in a range or jurisdictions, from the lower courts, to the supreme and high courts including experience in the development court to protect local community events.
He has broad social interests, is well studied on electoral law, animal welfare legislation, Climate trading science, child protection, our environment and judicial reform. He and his wife own a native animal sanctuary and Mark is known all over Australia for his good work in animal rescue and in natural disasters, resulting in a raft of national and local award nominations.
Mark has been a small business man and self-employed most of his life, he enjoys restoring classic cars, custom motorcycles and motorsports.
He has spoken all over Australia and been published on a variety of topics, mostly civil and human rights-based issues including free speech, association law, the restoration of the Commonwealth and is also a spokesperson for an indigenous rights organisation a child protection group and local Farmers and Producers.
Mark also lobbies for local farmers and producers and runs some of the largest Australian product markets to restore and promote confidence and in investment in local goods and services, and to restore affordable access to fresh local produce, called “Farm Direct Community Markets”.
He looks forward to bringing his skills to the party and in being your voice in Parliament
