2025 Western Australian Amnesty Bill

2025 Western Australian Amnesty Bill

The Great Australian Party proudly endorses the Carolyn Amnesty Law Bill, a vital step to protect Australian property rights under the Torrens system. This Bill addresses fraud on title and incorrect registration through improper dealings, ensuring victims can return home or receive compensation without burdening taxpayers.

We call on all Australians to contact your State Treasurer and local members to urge them to pass this fiscally responsible law. Your voice matters—help make this Bill a reality and safeguard our property rights!

For more details, see the Explanatory Memorandum/s.

FEDERAL ELECTION
An item came up for discussion at our assembly meeting Sunday 27th   re The conundrum of voting in an unlawful election.
In short

1. The Sovereign Peoples Assembly of Western Australia, the National Sheriffs and Commonwealth Public Officers have all taken the Constitutional Oath. The only oath one can take to the Commonwealth of Australia. This includes Terra Australis.

2. Lawfully we cannot vote as it is a crime of treason and sedition as no lawfully appointed candidates are presented or selected by the Governor General as set out in our Constitution.

3. We the people are treated as chattel, referenced by our all CAPITALS name and referred to as PERSONS by this foreign entity, calling itself THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT with an ABN and copyrighted logo.

4. We will point out that to have maximum effect it could be argued to try everything to get that result. Not voting will change nothing as not enough people will reframe. However, we can use our legal fiction to at least get a Trojan horse in their legal private member’s corporate system.

5. The legal system won’t charge a PERSON (legal entity) for treason as it would expose its fraud. The commonlaw courts and lawful natural law Corum’s certainly won’t charge the lawful living man (slaves) with treason and sedition as they are the victims of a crime perpetrated against them. They will, and have, had jury’s find these individuals guilty. The British Parliament or the Crown wont either, as this responsibility lies with the People the source of power and authority.

6. It was decided we should use all our tools. As per point 3 and under threat of duress and not wanting to waste an opportunity for awareness and more exposure to limit the unlawful government at this time.

7. We will recommend voting in our LEGAL (not lawful) capacity. Our strawman fiction that they have tricked us into being by deception.

8. The only candidates that have sworn and will swear the lawful oath is The Great Australian Party representatives. The next best is selection is The Gerard Rennick People First Party. These are Senate seats not the House of Representatives. The white ballot paper.

9. Remember the Senate is the Court of the Parliament. The final part of legislation. Please check the preferred how to vote senate card and the sheriff’s statement on this new feed page.

10. Remember use pen and put a line through any vacant boxes. They can rub out or enter numbers and we have witnessed this firsthand.

11. Note: we are not members or affiliated with any political party.

12. We are the change; we need to use our tools as effectively as we can until we regain a Constitutional Parliament and public services.

13. Example: in the recent unlawful referendum, had more people abstained then the ‘yes’ would have had success.

Can we afford that?

We have to have a united front and not be divided. That includes supporting any action to further our success. We trust this information explains our position.

Rally Tuesday 15th August 2023, 12pm Parliament House

Parliament House,
Tuesday 15th of August at 12pm

Join the Rural Action Movement at OUR Parliament House, Tuesday 15th of August at 12pm.
Rally together and stand for our farmers and our food security!

The Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 is more than a threat to farmers, food security and your property!

The Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 has very little to do with racial issues, it is largely about controlling farmers and land in a way that has never been done in history. “Sustainable” for the globalists is NOT sustainable for We The People, including our farmers.

Speakers will include Greg Kenney, President Rural Action Movement, Rod Culleton, Vice President Rural Action Movement and former Senator, Len Harris, former Senator, and Darren Dixon, Constitutional advisor, addressing matters at the Legislature level.

International singing star Kelly Newton-Wordsworth will open the assembly!

Please circulate the flyer below!
